   Most of the time availability of variety of brands and pack sizes are very limited. Typically when retailers restrict ranges, then prices are lower but that is not the case either.

   Just visited your store in Harlow and what a lovely experience. Your staff member called Christe was so helpful. She had to refill the sunflower hearts as I had used all the stock that was left - the bottom is a long way down. As I had purchased quite an amount she then took my 3 bags to the checkout and after paying she then offered to take my very heavy bag to my car. This was so helpful to me as in the beginning as I continued to fill the bag I found the container very awkward to use. The metal edge was scrapping along my arm as I had to lean over and not only hold the bag that was now on the bottom but try to fill it at the same time. Perhaps you could rethink this system. In the beginning you had bins which were so much easier to use.

   Store is not always stocked out great. The app does not work and giving out the 15% discount cards for members the following month and then expecting them to present them is not always great. Would be far better to have a working app and add this feature to this as Pet@Home do. Attitude of staff was oh well you can’t have if you can’t produce the card
