   Do not use this company. The receptionist should be working at the doctors. The vet will not return calls and when you require medication for a dying dog you are told unless you bring the dog in to be seen first £80, tough luck no medication. I have spent £1000s with this company but I will never be held to ransom to line someone else’s pocket. All they want is your money.

   We visited Pets at Home in Harlow this morning to purchase food & litter for our foster kittens. The staff there were so friendly and helpful and honestly couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be using this store for as much of our pet needs as possible. What a lovely experience - you have a wonderful team of staff!

   I get one of my rabbit hay and a certain treat she likes but I am a bit disappointed as they stopped the roots she's likes so have to order online also beetroot and carrot treat they used to sell before they changed their brand to their own

   Harlow is the best branch ever. My home delivery order didn't arrive & I was very ill in & out of the hospital. I was still shielding. The online national service was very poor so I contacted Harlow who sorted everything out. They came out to me on my way home from hospital very unwell and he put everything in the car. They kept a distance and protected me when I was very vulnerable. I didn't go into the shop as they knew I was coming. They kept me safe. Excellent staff and service but it's not the first time they have been excellent. It's every time. Even before covid they were always good. Pets at home should be proud of the staff and managers at Harlow because other stores don't show the same personal care and customer service. From the hedgehog and cat lady. The Hedgehogs
