Really helpful staff, they know their stuff! Advised me on new dog leads and change of food - unreal! My dog's fur has got massively better since and she seems a lot happier, thank you!
Lou was more than helpful during my visit. Initially spoke with him as he was offering support over the phone, regarding a new tortoise we’d adopted, and gave me a lot of his time when I visited the store. I was able to bring my tortoise with me, so that they could be given an assessment and once over, and I was also given lots of info in terms of the species’ habits and behaviours. Whilst they were able to be left in the reptile room, I was shown everything I’d need for their vivarium, in terms of bottom layer, heating and lighting, and vitamins. Once I’d set everything up in the vivarium at home, they were also kind enough to provide feedback on the set up, and confirm everything looked as it should. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone with, or are looking to purchase exotic pets.
As a first time owner of a reptile, I came to the shop to get a full set up, and some advice on how to care for a crested gecko. The staff was so lovely, went above and beyond to help me and advise me. They have an amazing range of reptiles and aquatic animals, fully stocked with everything you need. I asked for a specific size of a vivarium which they didn’t have but ordered it for me and got it delivered within hours. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend to anyone who wants the best for their pet! Big thanks especially to Louis! :)
Bought a crested gecko from here and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They made me and the family feel so welcome and made my shopping experience all the more special. Definitely the place to go for any reptile and fish equipment you may need, it’s lovely to see the variety of reptiles and fish they have as well. Can’t wait to pop back in!
I have just been to the Epping Reef and Reptiles store. I have been to many stores and never seen one so clean and where the animals look so well looked after! Louis from the store even took the time to talk me through the different reptiles and what’s needed for each of them. I honestly can’t recommend highly enough! Will definitely be frequenting that store
Me and my mum came in last week and were served by a lovely really helpful and friendly guy! Sadly can’t remember his name but will be back soon to buy the fish ! My mum is buying the kids a fish tank and the guy was so patient in all the questions we had even down to which gravel is best ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and look forward to getting the fish! Pia
Our kids love all types of animals, so we took them to a few shops to look round. Reef & Reptiles is amazing. They have a great selection of fish (which I like) and it has its own separate reptile room. There is a lady called Jo who looks after the reptiles enclosures and we was amazed as she took the time to explain everything about the reptiles to our kids, really interacting with them. They have a big selection of all types of reptiles and everything you could possibly need to house and keep them. We will definitely be back (possibly for a Chameleon) Well deserved 5 stars
Really welcoming shop, happy to answer any of our questions. They also allowed us to handle/meet Dave the chameleon after we expressed interest in getting one as our next reptile!! Stock was also impressive.
Excellent staff! Really friendly and helpful! They know what they are talking about! Our water was very high in nitrate, these guys helped us all the way, it took around 3 weeks but we got there! I highly recommend these guys, exceptional service! They have a wide range of tropical fish and also have reptiles.
