Paul, Wayne, Vanessa and Dave (who installed the kitchen) were a fantastic team who worked really well together with us, to design, build and install our new kitchen, taking into account all of our requirements and making sure it looked great. We are really pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Sapphire to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen.

We felt looked after all through our journey from the first visit and discussion with Wayne, through to the installation. Nothing was to much trouble for Paul when we wanted to make amendments to the final design. Plastering and electrics were all completed on time for the installation. The fitter was highly skilled and the final results look amazing. The whole team had the greatest respect for my home. A really great experience from start to finish!

My fitted kitchen looked great for about 5 years and then the coating on the doors separated from the wood underneath but due to the covid situation I didn’t contact Sapphire until year 6. I was told that it was all out of warranty (6 yrs apparently) and I would have to pay to have the doors replaced! I would be very wary of buying anything with doors on from this company!
Sapphire restaurant was an amazing experience 10/10. Best place to go for seafood boil in Leicester Customer service was excellent.
Would highly recommend using Sapphire, we had a fitted wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, several units and shelves fitted around our kitchen as well as a few shelves put up around the house too. Paul was great, after doing the measurements and giving us ideas and recommendations of what we could have done, he then met us at the show room and we chose all the colours and materials. Once the materials arrived a date was set to get the work done rapidly and the guys did an absolutely fantastic job! Very friendly, polite and professional. Thank you :)
I had 2 bedrooms fitted by Sapphire some 15 or so years ago and a bathroom last year. All of which I have been extremely pleased with from my first contact through to design and fitting. The bedrooms were designed for my sons as study rooms and I now plan to turn them into more elegant rooms. The furniture is still in fantastic condition but I needed some wall units removing from the desk area. Paul happily came out and took them down for me at no charge. Thankyou. It just reinforces that the Sapphire customer care does not end with the fitting of the room.
