10/10 service today! The lady helped us sign up the app and we walked away with 2x free big bags of puppy food for our lovely dog, who was a popular boy in the shop. We will be back.
I dont particularly like this place for my reptile supplies and much prefer Jurassic reptiles in welling but the service I received from Sarah today was very good she was polite, helpful and knowledgeable when questioned about Mantids. My setup is quite large for a mantis needs but the species I normally keep can be housed in groups as long as there well fed, in the pic is my Dead leaf mantis if you can find her.
We love going in to Pets@Home Crayford. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We couldn't see the small bearded dragon, so we asked was he sold. The lovely assistant went and got the step ladder, there he was, on top of the leaves, watching us looking for him... We laughed a lot.
I like the large variety of products we can find there, and the staff is usually welcoming, so I was quite happy, until my last visit. I visited with my parents who don't speak English, and as soon as we entered the store, the security guy started following us, all the way until we were done shopping. It made us feel very uncomfortable, and I'm not sure I will visit again after being treated like a thief.
Our dog was 13 years. Sadly she came to end of life. The vets are so very caring with our dog and helping us come to terms with what was happening. We’ve always been happy with the care they have cared from her being a puppy . Can’t thank all your staff enough. Well done.
Usually good but sometime a bit pricey. Staff are helpful. They actually had some decent value 12.5kg of bird seed which seems to have been a bit of a rarity. Have used the vet service in the past which is quite good.
