Paul has updated our utility room and made a fantastic job of it. From advising us on the materials , to carrying out the work, Paul was extremely helpful and very conscientious. His workmanship is of a high standard, and nothing is too much trouble.
Had my kitchen fitted by Paul, When it came to try to get him to repair anything he doesn't want to know, a good tradesman are the ones who sort out any issues and dont ignore you. so would I recommend him NO
Paul redesigned our kitchen for us. Came up with some great ideas we hadn't thought of making our kitchen space much bigger. Made us think about lots of things we hadn't considered. Spent lots of time with us deciding what to do and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Everything was done on time and we were kept up to date along the way. The work that has been done is excellent and he organised all the trades people needed. Really looked after our property cleaning and tidying along the way and great attention to detail. We are really happy with our new kitchen and would recommend him to anyone.

I booked an appointment for kitchen plan and got a date after 1month and I took time off work on the day of the appointment and no one turned up after waiting for so long . So I rang them and the guy said yes it's in the diary for today but we forgot and there isn't anyone available today to come . He wasn't interested and put the phone down without apologising . Worst customer service! Probably they treat customers differently reading the other review from someone I thought I'd go there too but wasn't that what I was expecting!
