   VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CENTRE FROM HOW IT Used TO BE YEARS AGO. Now it's targeting families and vaunrable children. With removing children on future emotional harm with no evidence whatsoever and can pass a family court and crown for adoption of children and long term foster care. I personally had experience with a trainee at the time and her manager after 5 were taken of the cases was allowed to submit letters to the family court and wasn't registered as a qualified social worker on the HCPC websites. In social care when a. Ack ground check was done . Many care workers are doing the same thing,it used to have a nursery where you would not have worry and enjoy respite for 2 hours.. but now nobody will go near the place. Every 20 minutes a child is removed and gagging orders are being placed on parents. When a child sustained a injurie in foster care and was denied medical treatment by foster carers and cafcass worker and local authorities. There's to much money involved. They closed contact centres and brought a English company over to business contacts called s.i.b (swan family centre) where shareholders are involved making £63.000 a year. The few honest social workers left have thanked us for raising awareness of social services and secret family courts around cardiff. There targeting mums in labour wards and then transferring children to hospital across the city . I wouldn't recommend this place and advise any parent do not sign any documents no section 20, no agreement orders with them. Parents and grandparents have to work around social services and foster parents routines and not the children's,often turn up and they cancelled appointments without telling you. Making more lies up in the family courts. Always record conversations with a social worker/contact worker.75% of referrals are bogus and often using future harm that doesn't exist .. it's not the past/present and certainly can't predict the future.(using there imaginary crystal ball) they always use police and never put your dog away if asked only to check on the child when the children's sleeping.
