    Took my maltese for a full groom at the Groom room Beckton. I informed the groomers that he suffers from anxiety. They suggested that he would be groomed by both of them. They measured him and said it would cost £55. He is a small dog and weighs 9kg.On collection I was charged extra £20 which she said was because they were 2 groomers having to handle him. I don’t mind paying but they should have said that in the first place. Not impressed by the cut. He did’nt smell like anything and not like he was washed. Very average groom for professionals. I could have done a better job.

    Ladies in groom room are amazing. They really love animals and you can feel it. Sadly my favourite groomer is leaving to different shop but I am sure rest of the ladies will be great too.

    Have been taking my Cockerpoo here for about a year now. The girls are really nice and welcoming. Take care when grooming and listen to requests. He comes out looking ace every time!

    Took my akita there today , the groom room floor was totally covered in dog hair not been swept 4 different types of dog hair (dirty) . Finished filling in the form and then was told they have just dealt with a case of fleas . I don't take my dog to a groomers to get fleas and bring them back to my home and other pets.the ladies attitude was just like so what? So walked away and washed my pup at home in a safe and clean environment .Will not be using them again dirty uncaring business. If you love your babies please go somewhere to groomers who care. Would give a -zero but i am unable to do so

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They removed all of my puppy’s beautiful hair! He’s now traumatised, upset, refuses to go for a walk, agitated and in lots of discomfort as his hair was shaved too close to his skin!! We asked them to do a small trim!! Looks worse amateur shaving, his hair now has uneven patches and we came home with a puppy sadder and more uncomfortable than ever! Only good for breaking our heart and our puppy’s heart, Beckton groom room, we are never coming to your amateur groomers again! Second time they caused our puppy discomfort. No wonder some dogs hate groom rooms. I’m so upset and angry. What the actual hell!
