Went to the showroom in Bedworth and explained the size of bed which was needed for elderly relative. None in the showroom but after a phonecall there was one in stock.The said bed was delivered the next day. Brilliant service thank you so much.

Always used home comforts, great experience in the past, however mum ordered new table and chairs, arrived flat pack, my mum and dad are bloody 80! Was not told prior it was flat pack and was not offered the service of it being assembled, the delivery man said if I was struggling to give him a call-I struggled but did manage it eventually, I have a bad heart and building table and chairs was no easy task ! Imagine my utter disappointment when next door neighbour bought exactly the same table and chairs, cheaper and would be assembled! Come on home comforts, you may of made another sale, but have lost our custom! And in response to the owners reply, we were not given the option at all, for it to be built! Why would two 80 year olds think yes what a great idea? We will build it ourselves! plus still doesn’t account for the discrepancy in cost, and do not imply that this was offered! It’s also a bit strange that cannot reply to the owner! As for customer service, well it’s non existent! Buyers draw your own conclusions, but take the owners reply as utter crap, there’s enough negative reviews on here! I suggest you review your employees as they clearly lie!

AVOID - See end of review for our reply to the company’s response. Ordered a custom bed 2 months ago. It was first delivered in the wrong colour last week - I had to take the headboard piece into the shop to prove to them it was not the colour I ordered after they didn’t believe me. Everyone makes mistakes so when they said they would replace the bed the following week, I was happy enough. However, the next week they delivered half of the bed - no headboard. I was informed that the manufacturer had sent it in the size and they would order it again for the week after. The bed frame they dropped off was then the wrong colour ONCE AGAIN. The packaging even said it was a different colour to what we ordered. We went into the shop once again to check the colours. The supervisor was then extremely rude saying that the colours look different in different lights even when I held the colour patch sample to the bed and you could clearly see the difference in colours. Would not recommend this company to anyone - it has gone extremely downhill, my family has used this company for years but we will be taking our business elsewhere and are spreading the word about our experience. Unfortunately I am not able to respond to the company’s reply below so this is my response. We have no personal judgement against the company and I have pictures to prove it is not a judgement call. I understand the COVID situation more than anything, hence why I was originally accepting of the manufacturers mistake even after the order was placed 2 months ago. Further from this, I was with my partner the whole time and we stated we couldn’t tell if it was the right colour without the headboard. Then within the shop, the supervisor agreed it was a different colour to the specific one ordered. If COVID is resulting in manufacturing problems then you should pre-warn your customers of the potential implications on the orders placed, or not sell the products entirely as the fabric samples are not reflective of the actual product you will receive. As I say, my family have been using this company for more than 10 years and have recommended it to many but we no longer will.
Fantastic quality bed and mattress from Home comforts Bedworth my daughter had the best nights sleep, definitely a 10/10, fast delivery really helpful friendly staff and very quick response to messages would highly recommend will definitely be using again.

Had an awful and very disappointing experience buying a king size bed from these cowboys. Almost £500 for the bed with a BAMBOO filled mattress, absolutely rubbish !!! Mattress had to go back twice, the third one they refused to replace, but the stitching is coming apart on the corners, and now the springs have collapsed one side, bed is bowing because its made with cheap hardboard, and the £70 headboard is an absolute joke, the wood is pine, which is soft and flexible, because its CHEAP !!! Terrible customer service !! Will never use or recommend them, EVER
