    The staff have always been really helpful and friendly. We've had gerbils from here that lived about 3 years. We also love going to see their selection of small creatures from time to time, whilst we restock our bird food. Definitely recommend a visit.

    Usually like this shop but today I bought bird seed and when I got home I noticed it had previously been opened/split and the bag was stapled and cellotaped back up. I weighed the seed and it wasn't what's stated on the bag. Accident or on purpose, this is not good. If it had split and seed was missing this should have been sold at a discount price.

    Rude staff, when I arrived both members where outside of the shop on their phones. Very unhelpful and when I approached them with a question I was met with a rude response.I then purchased what I needed to , when I went to pay the staff were once again rude and they was having a conversation amongst them selves about personal hygiene issues. The conditions in which their animals are kept in are in adequate. The rabbits had a corn treat, which is toxic to rabbits and can cause blockages, when we brought this up to the staff we was told that “things happen”. Overall wouldn’t Recommend this shop and will not be visiting again.

    The staff here are SO friendly and welcoming. They give you great advice. They all seem to be pet owners themselves, so always have a real empathy towards the customers. As a dog owner, I'm happy with their great selection of raw food, and all the chews and treats they stock. It's a great little shop, with great staff and a great selection of food, treats and pet accessories. It might be a little pricey compared to other places....BUT, I still give it 5 stars cos I think it's a brilliant shop and only 3 minute drive away. Keep up the good work folks!!!
