Zoe was Very rude on the telephone To the reply on my review, You’re now saying I was been abusive towards your staff? I have a recorded phone call to which I notified Zoe it was been recorded. She went on to say 2 excuses which was not acceptable and now she is lying saying I was abusive. I have contacted trading standards regarding the service and discrimination that’s has been received by Alan slater properties. I will also be forwarding the Recording of the call to trading standards.

I Viewed a couple of properties with Alan Slater.Both good properties, I didn't get one, but they were polite professional and kept me in the loop -which is a lot more than can be said for lots of letting agents!
