Visited our local store at Paddock Wood Garden Centre today, great store with a fantastic range, store was clean and organised with with very helpful and knowledgeable staff that were more than happy to help and advise which made it a very pleasant experience for me and my dog.
Amazing store experience this morning in your paddock wood store. Store colleague Jack took his time and interest in explaining to me some recommended treats to my dogs needs and medical dietary requirements. He was knowledgeable and caring and went above and beyond. Jack is a real credit to the Pets Corner team. Thank you very much Jack, we will return again for your fantastic service and help!

Lovely shop situated within Paddock Wood Garden Centre. Our dog Larry loves the Canagen dry food especially the Lamb which had been recommended although he doesn't turn his nose up at the other flavours either.
I have always found the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble. They are friendly. Welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and provide help. They never rush you and make me and my dog welcome every visit. Because of the quality of products and the service we continue going back time after time. We always recommend them. Jen served me the last few times and she was so helpful with my questions. She had the knowledge to help me. She remembers things you tell her and even asked me how I was getting on with a new product I had purchased to try. I was so impressed. That’s great customer service. They must see so many people but to take the time and remember things that we discussed is above and beyond. Well done and Thank you.
I love going into pets corner because I always know I am going to get good advice and feel welcomed with the friendly service bev served me last time and was amasing. The staff are a real asset and really make the store a place you want to return to. The products are excellent quality and with such a good variety there's every thing I need. No need to go anywhere else
Great selection of good quality cat & dog foods & products, you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable & helpful. They clearly love animals. I definitely recommend Pets Corner
What a lovely store. I talked with Jen and Bev who were so friendly and really helpful and not at all pushy regarding their products. Jen’s knowledge of the nutritional needs of puppies/dogs is impressive and is very well informed about the different products which they sell. Thank you Jen, Minnie is no longer a picky eater she just loves the food you recommended.
