Bit fiddly to find the showroom but a quick phone call and directions were forthcoming. On arrival, Suzanne was there to greet us and took time explaining the range of Home Office furniture and our options.

I had a fantastic experience with Sharps Cardiff. I booked a bedroom suite directly and was looked after by an excellent advisor, Anthony, who made the process smooth and straightforward from the start. After placing my order, I wanted to take a closer look at the wardrobes, and Jeanette was incredibly supportive—she offered further advice, patiently talked me through the options, and helped me refine my choices. When I decided to make a slight change to my order, Jeanette even rang head office to ensure everything could be updated. I stepped into Sharps Cardiff and was met by Suzanne who clearly knows her stuff. I was looking at light colours - beige/cream…. Suzanne introduced me to willow green with Lily brushed brass handles! The result, I now have a beautiful tranquil bedroom! Thank you Suzanne for taking me out of my comfort zone! Perfect!
Quality seems good, vinyl wrapped MDF, finishings look good, however, very very very over-priced and didn't have any idea on cost until the home visit. Quoted around £6800 for 2 x 806cm width drawer/ rail combo units (small box room wall) before discounts, to which I laughed. They should seriously give consideration to estimate quotes in store so peoples time aren't wasted on both sides.
Gave me a quote of £11166.00.then offered me 50% off.then offered me another 20% and then another 10%off.after all the reductions it was still £4200.had another firm to have a look.showed them the diagram.they measured up near enough the same style,charged me£2095 and did a cracking job.
Excellent quality product, but the display room could be a bit bigger
The fitting was good everything to plan ,but when we called in th have an over the bed light fixed we had a big problem. I was very ill at the time and spent most of my time in bed. With the repair man coming I had to get up. Little did I know he was rifling through my jewellery box taking all my sentimental rings passed down from my grandmother and mother. The police said I had no proof and there was no fingerprints left. My word against his. Do be careful don’t leave the workman alone. This happened some years ago but you never get over the loss.
Fitting was unbelievably poor (doors not straight or flush, holes drilled in wrong places, sealant all over ceiling, walls chipped and damaged all over the room, faulty parts fitted etc etc etc). I would call it an amateur job, but it was actually far worse than any amateur could have managed. Customer service were also completely pathetic when attempting to resolve the issues mentioned above. Don’t be fooled by the designer & surveyor being pleasant, professional & knowledgable like we were - avoid at all costs.
