   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a brilliant experience at Sofology Cardiff thanks to Aggy. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout. No matter what questions we had, she took the time to explain everything clearly and even followed up with the engineer to ensure we’d get answers by the next day via email. We’d visited many different places while searching for the right sofa for our home, but in the end we chose Sofology for two reasons: firstly because of Aggy’s outstanding customer service, and secondly because of Sofology’s great designs and comfort. Aggy really made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable – highly recommend asking for her if you’re visiting Sofology Cardiff!

He took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions, all while being patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.    Cushions on sofa seats have have gone flat and felt different to the chair. No one is home during the day and we both work full time so it's not had massive use in 18 months. Long story short, the sales guy ordered different filling for sofa (soft, cheap) to chair (firm, nicer), so 2 issues. Sofology want £100's to replace the cushions even thought they are 'offering us' a 50% on replacements. We also took out the insurance which apparently doesn't cover the cushions. Very poor customer service. Avoid if you are looking for any aftersales service and quality! I'll be leaving this review everywhere possible so no-one else has issues like we have!

   I was looking for a sofa with a quick delivery- the sales person (Ingrid) told me I would have the sofa in 5 weeks and picked a delivery date. Date came, no sofa. I called the store to be told the sales person shouldn’t have given me a date as they can’t say when it will be ready. I could be waiting weeks now with no date in sight and they refuse to refund me. Moral of the story go to DFS

   Ordered 2 sofas one sofa with legs the other sofa no legs,called them and they wanted photos I sent them but no respond so I believe they will send it for another 3 months and christmas ? Quality is rubish first day I just lightly put my hand on armerest and armrest went down.Bad quality.

   Avoid at all costs! After reading all of the reviews, we are disappointed to be in this situation ourselves! We were sold a sofa “guaranteed” to be delivered before Christmas only to get an email delaying it to 2023?!? Customer service encourage you to go into store, when you turn up the general manager says “sorry I can’t help you, you’ll have to call customer service.” Staff are not trained, managers of the store don’t know how to run the store nor speak to customers! Spending £4,000 on a sofa then being accused to be a liar. Absolute disgrace. Management team are awful and require retraining.

   Update..we've reached a resolution of sorts with sofology after nearly 5 months. We had an independent upholsterer do the work to rectify the issue at our own cost after Sofology flatly refused to do anything to sort it. Sofology has now offered us just over half of what it cost , which we've accepted just to see an end to it. We're just over £400 out of pocket but the suite now resembles the one in the showroom we thought we'd ordered , so we're just putting this one down to experience but rest assured we will never go near Sofology again. Update..Sofology have flatly refused to accept that theres anything wrong with the furniture we've recieved. Please see the attached photos and make your own mind up before ordering anything from this company. After visiting Sofology trying out the furniture we wanted and getting assurances from the salesman that the quality of the fillings would mean that it wouldn't lose its shape , we ordered. Fast forward 3 months , we took delivery. This suite is nothing like the one in the showroom. The base and back cushions have collapsed and the suite looked terrible after the first day. Sofology have insisted there's nothing wrong with it and flatly refuse to deal with the issue. Once they have your money they don't want to know. Terrible suite , terrible aftersales. We'll never use Sofology again.
