   My experience has been awful. Guy from Cardiff did home visit. Very inappropriate loudness and activity considering he was in a care home around vulnerable people. Just too loud. Didn’t ask specific questions about what we wanted. Didn’t explain the pricing. Didn’t read the order back. I have not received a copy of the order. When I rang Cardiff to explain the lady was lovely and confirmed a 5 year guardsman insurance had been added without asking. No option was offered for the knuckles on the chair although I see this is an option on the website. They took £65 for express delivery to receive a chair within 3 days but offered delivery 10 days later. Happy to refund delivery though. I was told due to a system error not all the correct discounts were applied - sounds like a dodgy excuse to me and they wouldn’t have done a thing if I hadn’t rang up I was promised a call from head office to talk through but nothing was forthcoming. I rang them and they just weren’t interested. If you want to protect your vulnerable elderly relatives make sure you attend any site visit. They seem to have unscrupulous staff who really don’t care about good customer service except for the one manager in Cardiff who seems helpless to do anything

   Great customer service from the team at HSL Cardiff for my Mother's first electronic recliner chair. Both staff members were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and entirely focused on providing the service that my mum needed. The fabrics on offer were modern traditional in style and of good quality. I especially enjoyed the coffee and biscuits! Thank you very much HSL Cardiff - a really great experience.

   I am in here now with Alan and Phil, getting my parents a new sofa. They are attentive, they listen and most of all the are fun to talk to. My parents are picky in their requirement but nothing has been too much trouble. We live in Birmingham and popped in here on the off chance to look. We ended up paying for a sofa. Awesome shop, clean but the best customer service ever!!

   I just want to thank HSL Cardiff for their amazing customer service. Most recently we ordered a new recliner for my grandmother (age 95). The appointment it self was great, professional and informative yet not pushy! (As we experienced with other firms). We decided to make the order and paid upfront (nearly £2k). About 2 months into the order being placed, my grandmothers health took a turn for the worse and has ended up in hospital for the last 8 weeks. Due her needs, she will no longer be able to live with us and now requires nursing care. My mother contacted HSL to see if there was anything we could do about the chair and they were absolutely wonderful. So sympathetic, they gave us a full refund. This one small act of kindness really made a difference to my mothers already stressful life in trying to make new preparations for my grandmother. I can't thank you enough for your understanding of the situation. It is nice to know that there are still great companies out there like this.

   Excellent visit to the showroom in Cardiff today. Staff spent a lot time with us and offered plenty of advice to my wife who is waiting on a hip operation Nice cup of coffee too. Chair ordered, hopefully the rest of the experience matches that offered when visiting the showroom

   For me it was fine, I done know how the store assistants cope with old people. I went there with my father and it took 2 hours on his part (DITHERING) to buy a bloody chair. Drove me barmey. They had the patience of saints.
