   I've now visited Animal Crown Corner roughly four times in the past six months - and I absolutely love it! I had to phone ahead just to make sure that our horse-feed was available...only one left... without any prompt...they reserved it for me and even offered to take it to my vehicle. Incredible!...and thank you! I (my wife and I) look forward to coming back again!.... You've made a hassle...be a pleasure!

   Great selection of dog food in here but the staff not very personable. The customer experience is awful. A friendly smile and a welcome would be nice when you are spending significant amount on dog food.

   Such a great store, phoned ahead check stock then drove over and was met with the friendliest staff ever and they even loaded my car for me when I definitely could of myself but clearly just happy to help! Honestly blown away with the customer service and for that I will drive here instead of my more local shop! Well done all

   Conveniently located pet store in close proximity to Brentwood and the surrounding villages, they clearly cater primarily to horses (which makes sense given most of the farms there) but also a small amount of items for other pets. Prices are moderately good value for money and the staff are friendly. If you have horses this place is probably fantastic, but for other pet owners it’s adequate.

   Such an improvement, used to be dusty old feed shop, in and out with necessities. Could now spend an age browsing all the great stuff. Prices good too, a little hedgehog ornament they had, also available on Amazon at twice the price. If they had a little coffee shop it would be perfection
