When ringing 111 I've always been able to get a local appointment here very quickly. I have seen people walk in with minor injuries and get booked for an xray quickly. Drs and practitioners have made a massive difference and been able to help me solve long standing problems (in a non judgemental manner) . Would especially like to thank PA Pahim he was super helpful and reassuring in a stressful time. He listened and has now sorted my health issue that no one else had been able to. The place appears clean and names are clearly called from a TV screen. Staff are very friendly and the young man on front desk was more than happy to help. However, one lady who takes bloods can be a bit cold and should work on her bedside manner. I hope she does not speak to elderly patients like she speaks to younger people. She should start by introducing herself it would make a big difference.

Went to St Lukes with a broken bone in my hand after falling. What a fantastic service I was seen X-rayed and treated all within about 30 minutes and the staff were so kind, reception, nurse and radiographer. I think we are very lucky to have such an NHS service in Market Harborough. Thank you St Lukes.

Their phone number still states that urgent care is available as a walk in. This is not the case and when notified of this the staff said this is not true. It's very clearly the hospital number. Wasted journey.

Attended St Luke’s Urgent Care Centre today with concerns I may have sustained a hand fracture following a fall off my bike last week. I was seen by a Minor Injuries Nurse Specialist, examined, x-rayed, then reviewed again with the x-ray results, fortunately showed no #, so I was reassured and given appropriate advice for managing the pain / swelling going forward. All done within 50 minutes of arriving at the centre. Excellent service. Thank you!

I attended the endoscopy unit for a gastroscopy. I was very nervous about both the procedure itself and what might be found. Without exception the whole team there were wonderful: the lovely welcoming lady on reception whose name I didn’t get; the nursing team of 2 Vanessas, Kim and Angela and Dr Saleem who performed the procedure. All of them were so kind and caring, explained everything clearly both before and afterwards, and did all they could to put me at ease. Prompt and efficient too, from arrival to departure was about 45 minutes, armed with diagnosis and information. Let’s face it, nobody wants to go through this sort of procedure but if I ever have to do it again I’d definitely want to go to St Luke’s. Thanks everyone.

Staff very polite and helpful. Nice fresh and clean, lovely feel of a newly built hospital. Car park is free and very easy to access and plenty of space even for a big cars. There was plenty of masks and hand gells. All good! Thank you

Drove to urgent care as baby needed seeing. Checked opening times stated 9am-7pm. Turned up and rang the buzzer on the door as instructed but no answer. A nurse walked past us and said they're closed on weekends now. I think it'd perhaps be a good idea to update opening hours so people don't waste their time travelling when people need seeing!
