   For our wedding and honeymoon, we chose Bed & Biscuits to board our Samoyed, Koda, for a three-week period. We paid a significant amount ( yes, £1.1k+) and provided detailed instructions to support his stay, particularly around grooming to prevent matting, as Samoyeds have specific care needs. Unfortunately, we were very concerned with his condition upon return. Koda came back with what appears to be significant allergy-related irritation – extremely red paws, reverse sneezing, and spots on his neck – none of which he had before his stay. This has since been confirmed by our vet during a post-stay health check. In addition, despite our specific request for him to be brushed and groomed during his time there, Koda was handed over to my parents in a very dirty and matted state. This is far from what we expected for the amount we paid. Given the trust we placed in Bed & Biscuits to maintain his wellbeing and grooming, the outcome was disappointing and not to the standard we anticipated. Following discussions with our vet, and given our concerns for Koda’s wellbeing, we will not be boarding him here again. It also appears that during peak season, the volume of dogs taken in may impact the individual attention and care provided. On a positive note, we did appreciate the regular updates via Instagram and social media during his stay, which was reassuring at the time. We hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve the quality of care for future boarders. We are happy to discuss further if needed but not what we expect for £1k+ spent…

   Bed and Biscuits were kind enough to look after our two pups, gin and Ivy, for two nights whilst we got married. They are my babies I get incredibly nervous leaving them but Bed & Biscuits were so accommodating and the facilities really are amazing. They came back so happy and two days later are still shattered! Thank you so much and I highly recommend!

   Our cocker spaniel has been coming to bed and biscuits since she was 16 weeks old and has always absolutely loved her time at daycare - she is so eager to get in each time we drop her off! We always feel comfortable leaving her here for extended periods because we know she gets the freedom she needs, interaction with all sorts of dogs and loving attention from the girls who look after them all. We also love that there are daily updates of the dogs shared on social media - you can really see the dogs are loving their time there especially during Summer with the swimming pool! Couldn't recommend a better place to leave you dog if you want to make sure they are free to have fun and not cooped up in a kennel.

   My dog, Rey has been going here for about 18 months and absolutely loves her day care days. The staff are amazing with her and she is really well looked after and always happy to go. The grounds are also really secure, with plenty of space, so I can relax knowing that can run around with no chances of escape! Thank you to Claire and her team for providing the best day care and boarding facilities!

   Bed and Biscuits is a amazing place. My fur baby Yoshi had his first daycare trial last week. He was confident, happy and eager to explore and made lots of new friends. I really like the first day -daycare report. Thanks Kitty for taking care of my Yoshi on that day. I love the photos.

   The most amazing place I could have found for our Labradoodle Jasper. Bed and Biscuits are absolutely amazing whether it is for Doggy day care or boarding when we go on Holiday. He loves everyone there and you can tell they love every dog that goes here. They constantly update socials with photos so we get to see how great a time our dog is having, they hold event days too like a summer party and Christmas party. They are also amazing when we need to change last minute to swap our regular days around. Some people think we spoil Jasper by sending him, but I would rather he was being loved by the team at B&B rather than sitting at home alone while we are work. Thank you Bed and Biscuits for the love you give to Jasper when he is with you.

   My little dog has been going to bed and biscuits weekly since she was a pup, and she goes there for her holidays. She loves it! She gets so excited in the car when we arrive, straining at the lead to get to her friends and play. The staff are lovely, and I get a lot of reassurance that my little dog is looked after and loved during her time there. I really enjoy seeing all the dogs on social media as it gives me a little window into her doggy life, and it’s especially comforting for me to see her happy when she is boarding. Can highly recommend!

   Bed & Biscuits is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for doggy daycare/boarding! My golden retriever has been coming to Bed & Biscuits since he was 5 months old, and absolutely loves the place. He is always desperate to get inside and never wants to leave. I regularly use the daycare and boarding services and feel absolute peace of mind leaving him in the hands of the team knowing he will be well looked after and have a fun-filled day or stay. The staff are so lovely and I couldn't rate Bed & Biscuits enough :)
