   We looked at many kitchens before finding Kutchenhaus in Cardiff. We stepped into their showroom conveniently located in st.davids shopping center and never looked back. From the start of the experience Shahab was superb, giving details about quality and practically, showing us the flexibility of design and choice. Design and fit was so easy, nothing was too much trouble for Shahab. Sarwar visited to check how things were going and gave a thorough inspection making sure everything was at the highest standards. Again nothing was too much trouble. The customer service has been second to none, the fitter luke the carpenter was fantastic. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a beautiful kitchen and superior customer service.

   We Cannot Recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff Enough! We visited a lot of kitchen suppliers and from our first visit to Kutchenhaus, we felt that they were on a different level. From start to finish, everything about Kutchenhaus Cardiff was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ryan, the designer, was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to understand our needs, made some extremely useful recommendations, some of which were extremely important and that we had never considered and came up with an absolutely fabulous design. We had a few “trust Ryan” moments, where we followed his recommendations on some things we were unsure on or not what we were originally thinking of, but we are glad we did, the kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined! We also followed the advice on using their recommended installation team, Echo Hills, who were awesome. Their professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail were second to none, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. Our whole experience was very positive and if you are considering a new kitchen, we would not hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Cardiff!

   We stumbled across Kutchenhaus Cardiff after doing some online research on local kitchen independents. After dropping by the store unannounced to look over the displays it quickly became clear that the quality of the product is higher than the run of the mill Wrens and Magnets out there. This excited us and we decided to book a sit down appointment with Egle and Shahab. Fast forward 6 months and an extension later and we have the kitchen of our dreams!. We are besotted with our new kitchen, utility room and living room furniture so much so that we have recommended Kutchenhaus to family who are now going through the motions with the store for their new kitchen. The whole experience from design through to installation and then completion has been wonderful. Egle, Shahab and Sarwar have been a pleasure to deal with and are incredible at what they do.    Having reached out to a few different companies, the Kutchenhaus design that Ryan drew up for us really stood out both in wow factor and in meeting the unique needs of our family. We were really hoping the Kutchenhaus proposal would be good after a kitchen fitter friend had highly recommended them for both the design expertise and the quality of the German engineering. Even so, we were blown away with the initial renders and even more so once we saw it in the flesh. A couple of weeks on from completion, we’re really loving the convenience of all the little features as well as the major upgrades over our previous kitchen. I really don’t know how we would cope if we had to go back to the old one!

   We have a fantastic new kitchen and utility room from Kutchenhaus and couldn't be more pleased with how it's turned out. From start to finish, Shahab at the Cardiff showroom has been a pleasure to work with, always keeping us up to date and dealing with any questions promptly and efficiently. We had several designs for our new kitchen but Shahab was the only one who seemed to really listen to what we wanted and came up with a design which not only ticked all the boxes but also added in a few extras like the 'secret' door to the walk in larder which is a great addition to our new kitchen. We cannot recommend Shahab and his team at the Cardiff showroom highly enough. Thank you!

   Kutchenhaus Cardiff have provided us with our dream kitchen that ticks all the boxes! From the very beginning we received excellent service from Shahab and his team at the Cardiff branch; nothing was too much trouble and the patience they demonstrated with two of the most indecisive people you’ll likely meet was second to none! Shahab’s eye for detail and product knowledge was impressive - even of the appliances I had already purchased prior to discovering Kutchenhaus! We are also very happy with the appliances we bought through Kutchenhaus which fit our new kitchen perfectly. The kitchen fitter, Luke, was superb and we honestly couldn’t fault the work he did for us. The excellent quality of our kitchen and utility leaves us feeling super satisfied with our investment and we have already enjoyed many meals in our new favourite room in the house. We fully recommend Kutchenhaus to everyone and anyone looking to update their kitchen/utility and know that ours will stand the test of time. Thank you Shahab and the team!
