Ordered a few things from these guys with spare t quick shipping it’s been 2 days and now been told it will be here Monday which will make it a week… my tank is not going to have to be recycled and this has just caused me more money. Contacted these guys and they basically said the delivery was free so why am I moaning. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have a holiday booked and when you get back your parcel will be with ya.
First time at this shop yesterday. Came for an aquarium heater. Only after arriving home in later in the day and unpacking it did I realise the glass was cracked. I rung the shop asked if I could exchange (as I hadn't been given a receipt), was told yes, went back and was given a new one which we checked before I left the shop. Heater working great
Some of the staff here are great when visiting the shop floor. Unfortunately at least one has literally no knowledge of fish whatsoever, not even the names of the species that are sold (making it difficult to even ask for ones you’d like to purchase). I actually cannot state this clearly enough - this worker knows less than nothing about fish. They do not know a molly from an angel. They do not know how to properly bag fish. You can go in there knowing exactly what you’re going to purchase, and it will still be an ordeal because they do not know what you’re asking for, nor do they know how to get it safely from the tank into the bag. If you have any questions, just forget about it. They haven’t a clue. For this reason I actually would not recommend visiting in-store. There’s only ever one member of staff on the shop floor, so you might get unlucky, in which case there’s just no point visiting. It’s a shame because other members of staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and very helpful especially with tanks etc., but for actual fish, just no.
We ordered a refill nitrate test for our API freshwater test kit in the afternoon and it arrived by lunchtime the following day. We were really impressed with the speed of despatch and delivery. Excellent service and a wonderful quick response. We will definitely be using your service again and we would highly recommend.

AVOID. Bought an item advertised as correct part when it turned up it wasn’t, agreed return but didn’t receive full amount as they state I miss ordered. Strange when I then ordered from another business and the one that turned up fitted perfect. Customer service is shocking basically ignore the issue and tell you to take next steps if not happy AVOID.
Fantastic service from these guys. Helpful, friendly, professional and customer focussed. Ordered after the cut off for next day delivery but they did all they could to get the order out anyway. Then they pulled out all the stops to get it to me. And it was an item that nobody else had in stock. Brilliant. Will now use again and again.
Horrendous customer service, parcel was delivered to the wrong address through no fault of my own. I got them all the required references to get a refund and as per the managers request I am not to shop here again as my order will not be fulfilled because of a fault of their chose delivery company. Disgusting.
