The most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Please please please consider taking your trade elsewhere. They do not turn up, their constant guarantees of arriving this day, that day, another day are empty promises. They lie and don't know their a**e from their elbow. The word 'Express' should be erased from their company name and replaced with the words 'we don't have a clue'.
