   The entire process was simple and straight forward. 1st Move International packed up my piece of furniture (with glass doors) in England and delivered it to my doorstep in Canada. Zero damage occurred and I was kept informed as to the location of the package during the entire journey.    Used 1st Move International to ship my families belongings to Dubai. Great customer service from start to finish, all items arrived safely due to the packing that 1st Move did for us. Even though they told us that there may be shipping delays, our shipment was on the first sailing and arrived to schedule, just in time for Christmas. Would fully recommend their services.    What an amazing experience! I am glad we were recommended 1st Move International. The team in the UK was great, attentive and to the point. They dealt with our case professionally; informative with great explanation of the whole pathway from port to port. They took care of everything; from collection of our personal belongings in the UK to delivery of the boxes to the destination point (home to home). They keep you informed and updated. The Clearance company on the destination side (Doha Qatar) is also well chosen. Shipment arrived safely to destination without any issues. No missing boxes. Well recommended! Relocation with 1st Move International is a real hassle free experience!

   Having never moved internationally before, 1st Move were really helpful, open and honest in responding to my many questions. from start to finish they helped me adn th family relax around moving our possessions to Dubai. On the day of pickup the team were also really helpful moving and packing things that were odd shaped etc. The delivery the other end was also great and the team were done in minutes. Everything arrived as packed and would highly recommend the team!

   Moving from the UK to the USA was an extremely daunting task. It’s not the monetary value but the sentimental attachment to all of my children’s items and personal things that made me do my homework choosing the right company for this job. So I checked out many companies online before choosing 1st Move Int. As soon as I booked them everything was plain sailing (no pun intended)!) Two elements that really stand out as superlative was firstly the two chaps who came and collected all the items from my home in St Albans. Very professional, overly helpful and very good at settling my nerves. The second and possibly most important, was seeing all of my items on the drive of my home in Texas, just six weeks later - and the magnificent packaging! I could not believe how well it was all put together on three pallets. I am leaving this 5 star review because in an age where it’s so hard to get good customer service we need to applaud those who do it well and 1st Move International certainly did this for me. Thank you! I highly recommend this company!

   Used 1st Move to move to the USA. Absolutely fantastic company to work with and whilst not the cheapest, it really is what you pay for (and a little more!). Very smooth process getting it onto the ship and through both sets of customs and apart from a little hiccup with their overseas logistics agent (which was the agent's fault ultimately) it arrived at my new home pretty smoothly. The hole picture attached to this review shows the "first cut" into the pallet on unpacking and shows just how far they really got with the shrinkfast packaging to keep your stuff safe.
