We paid 9 weeks in advance for our order only to find it wasn't ready when we requested. Lots of reasons from the company why; its their busiest time of year, they are running 2 weeks late (though the date we have been given is still longer than that)....... We have had to do all the chasing on the order. Oh and the chairs we ordered which had a specific delivery date (as we were not taking over the space till then) came early!
