I can't imagine the room had been cleaned before my arrival. I will only attach one picture of one of several toenail clippings left on the floor by the previous visitor; I think it says enough. There was dust everywhere, the bedside table was covered in sticky stains, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, and the towels had makeup stains and hair on them. I was at least happy to see that the bedsheets were clean, and that the mattress had an anti-bedbugs covering. The staff was nice, and the house was within walking distance (20-30min) of everywhere I needed to go for a couple days. I am not normally picky with hotel rooms, and I realise low price means low expectations, but vacuuming the floor after each guest should be the bare minimum.

Do not book this property. Very dirty and not clean or hygienic. Carpets not hoovered, shower dirty, dusty, dirty switches. The curtains allow all the light in and do not darken the room. Staff do not care. Property is run down and in need out updating and general maintenance. No parking. Further along the road parking is available but for 3hrs max.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place was awful. The room was dirty, damp, and smelled terrible. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with a filthy toilet and clear signs of neglect. To make matters worse, at 3 a.m., my motorcycle—just two years old and valued at €27,000—was stolen right in front of the building. This happened under broken, unlit street lamps, despite the receptionist assuring us (in barely understandable English) that the area was “safe.” I find it hard to understand how this establishment has such positive ratings on Booking. Something doesn’t add up. This place was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. I’ve reported the situation to local authorities, and I hope health and safety officials take action. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would

Fantastic stay with an amazing host! From the very first moment, I felt truly welcome. The owner is incredibly friendly, thinks along with you (could check in earlier after a long trip), and ensures everything is just right. If anything isn’t perfect, he finds a solution immediately—exactly how it should be. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I extended my stay several times at the last minute, and it was never a problem. Also, the internet was the fastest I’ve ever seen—and it’s free! The location is great as well—just a short walk from a shopping street. My stay was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended—I’d gladly return!

i would not recommend this “hotel” i booked this place last minute and when i got there they told me i am not aloud to stay there as i have a minor with me even though online it has options which are adults and children, they said that i am aloud to stay but the child is not , this was nearlly 11 o’clock at night at this point ,they turned us away and did not accept a refund , the area is terrible when i was waiting outside after they told us we’re not aloud in a few people came out and told us that you shouldn’t have booked this place it’s a “crack den” ,i do not recommend this place and especially if you have children with you. awful experience

Very disgusting every where flithy, no water on shower. No reception to help you, they have put number to contact after 11pm if you need any help, but no one answer the phone either. Overall horrible experience. Dont waste your money here better pay extra go somewhere good.

Worst guest house ever Rudest receptionist Had to pay extra for coming a bit late Given a very small bed for 2 guest Showers not working Dirtiest room Just a suggestion better to stay at a bus station or train station.

Despite the room & shower wasn't perfect, the bed was comfy and I was satisfied with the location, free towel, TV, kettle, heater was available. The staff was very friendly

As other posts mention, this place is in dire need of a deep clean and make over. It was so dirty & dusty. We anticipated this and brought our own blankets as we were arriving late & getting up early so just needed to crash. But I wish I just paid out an additional £20-£30 for somewhere nicer and actually clean.

Awful experience. On arrival was very confused as there was no stated reception nor signs to show where to go to reception then later found it in the room 1. No towels. Beds are uncomfortable. Had to share a bathroom. It’s okay if ur staying one night but wouldn’t suggest staying any longer. The place is dirty. There’s Smoke/Fire damage in the toilets. The pictures online do not look like what it does in person. It’s falsely advertised, no wifi as it states on website. Never again.
