Easy to book. Website easy to navigate and lots of information to hide this. Staff were lovely and informative. Only drawback is the parking availability. Otherwise highly recommend.
I was the last patient of the day and felt very rushed. I was a little under 16 weeks but I just didn’t feel reassured and felt like the sonographer wanted me out quickly. I also didn’t receive a link to the pim platform to read the report
Staff and care were great. Welcoming and thorough. Disappointed in the customer service side, I didn’t receive my electronic pictures or video. I have emailed and tried calling of which I was on hold for 15minutes. Problem still not rectified.
Had an appointment here yesterday for kidney and bladder ultrasound.From start to finish the experience was first class.It was easy to find,the radiographers accommodated my wheelchair, they were patient, informative, and so friendly my daughter and I felt so at ease.Why wait weeks on the NHS when you have this first class service to answer your health questions straight away. Thank you girls, carry on doing what you are doing,we had the best appointment ever.Mavis and Ellen King.
Lovely relaxed experience, shown arms, legs, hands, face, 4d glimpse as well as gender. Given some pictures and the scan report after the scan, also able to pay £1.99 for access to the online pictures and videos which were well worth the money, 4d and normal scan videos and pictures. Overall a lovely experience.
We've previously had scans with this company. All scans have been faultless, but this experience was not as expected. They had chenged their address but wasn't stated on the website. Went to the address on the website and was told we couldn't have the scan today as we would be too late to get to the appointment.
Had a really positive experience at Cardiff ultrasound direct today.both Sian and Emma were really professional and caring. One of the team shared a personal experience which helped give us lots of hope which was so lovely and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!
Iv had two scans here and both have been lovely. One being a gender reveal. Emma and Sian put me at ease (as I’m nervous about scans) and were absolutely lovely. They explained everything that they were doing, what they could see on the scans. I brought my children and they were fantastic with us all. I’ll be having more scans here and I just cannot recommend them enough.
Appalling have had two private scans to be informed we will get the report and yet over two weeks have gone and yet to receive the documents, when attempted to call up regarding this, I am constantly on hold with no one who answers. Staff are pleasant but not recieveing the documents is a complete let down will not be going back again and advise others to do the same.
Tracey and Pauline made us feel so welcome and at ease. Brilliant service and an amazing, cosy atmosphere. Thank you both.
