   I travelled with my family for umrah and referred 2 sets of family households to the company (14people) no goodwill gesture received. Overall communication was adequate but they are not totally transparent from the beginning. Main aim is to tie you up then you cannot actually leave without financial repercussions. Voco hotel in Makkah very good. Emaar Taiba hotel in Madinah quite a disappointment considering Madinah is more upgraded town. No hospitality at Emaar Taiba. My family was 5 people. 2 adults 3 grown children. Despite knowing this they booked a 4 single bed room with no space whatsoever to accommodate the 5th person. Considering it was a spiritual journey this whole debacle was stressful. Cannot exactly refuse a hotel once you are there as you are already in your travels and its not the hotels fault as the company dont tell them how many people are travelling. The company deny and refused to acknowledge my complaints or refund anything - they missell packages so always ask for the fine print. Do not pay anything upfront. Very disappointed with the companies behaviour and responses.

   Nadia Maria was our agent, please request her if you want someone reliable and professional. From start to end of trip, impeccable service, excellent communication, she was at hand for any request we had and made it possible. She secured for us a great deal in ramadhan also. We spent 10 amazing days for umrah and Nadia ensured we arrived safely and checked up on us. From flights to hotel bookings and transfers, everything was smooth. She was available for any queries we had whilst our there. Thank you very much for facilitating our trip and helping us along the way. We will return again in future inshallah.

   One of the best experiences I had with Alharam travels. they took care of everything and all their drivers are top-notch and had absolutely no problem whatsoever anywhere. They took care of my visa, arrival forms, transport etc, and there is zero worry for us. I highly recommend them. A massive thanks to Fatima who arranged everything for us.
