   I can’t recommend these guys enough. I returned from Umrah two days ago, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our group had no issues at all, and any small concerns were resolved quickly and professionally. Kamran, our group leader, was incredibly helpful and available around the clock.    Alhamdulilah had the opportunity to travel for Umrah recently with family and we used JK Travel. Best decision we made. Haji Asif was brilliant, I told him what we wanted and explained to him our needs. He proposed some suggestions and we went with what suited us. Everything he said he would provide and do, he did. The contacts he provided for Saudi were also spot on, the guys in Saudi commuicated with us well and promptly replied to anything we asked. Hotels were nice and clean, to a good standard. Plenty of food spots closeby. Would like to thank JK Travel and Haji Asif for a brilliant service and amazing experience. Look forward to using you guys again, Jazak'Allah for everything.

   Assalamualaikum would like to recommend JK Travel. Travelled with them July 2025 Was our first time traveling as a family of 6 to do our umrah and alhamdulilah can not thank them enough for the services that they provided was absolutely amazing and spot on with everything from start to finish. Very organised and did not disappoint. jazakallah for everything. Would go again 100percent trust worthy. Don't hesitate get booking. Thank you to Hafiz Asif for helping with the booking and Hafiz Aftab (our group leader) always being available and helpful when needed. Jazakallah khair.

   Booked a umrah package. Arrived at the hotel only to be told that there was no reservation under my name. Attempted to get in touch with M Asif on several occasions only for him to decline my calls. Now I'm left without a hotel.

   Please avoid JK Travel!!!!! The Blackburn branch has took £5000 off me and gave me no tickets. Week left to go on holiday still no tickets. The owner Jhangir Khan has for months been telling us we will get ticket to travel in 13th.l October. Week left to go and they never gave us any tickets. Instead said you can go on Gulf air!!!!!! We want to go on Qatar my money my choice!!!!! They even lied and said Qatar cancelled the flight. It still live flight I checked. Am I really going to trust you now after 4 months of lies and deceit !!!! Please avoid. I have stated facts not opinion’s.

   Called to ask currency rates was told 237pkr. After completing transaction, checked my receipt on which it said 235pkr. Called to ask to why is says 235 instead on 237 he started telling me a story about extra changes. Completely confused me. Then said ok i have to go an put the phone down. Very unprofessional. Never again.

   Salaam. Couple of years ago I went through JK travels to preform hajj. I was sold a hajj package with 4 sharing. Upon arrival I was given a room with 6 sharing. Out of the 6, 4 were smokers. The tour guide Amjad, who was not from Jk travels but from Hamza travels in Dewsbury disappeared and we only saw him on rare occasions. Hotel in Makkah did not have enough lifts. Seemed as though it was overcrowded. It would be if there are 6 in a room. Would be a long wait for the lifts. Madina hotel was ok. Ziyarat’s were for only couple of hours, when they should have been at least half a day. I was told all the transport was included in the package, yet charged us extra for transport from Makkah to mina, before making us walk half the way and dropping us all off about a mile away from our tents. In Makkah we were charged for 10litres of zam zam water which we took with us to Madina but we were told at the airport we are only allowed to take 5 litres. The tour guide should have known this! Everyone had to leave their water at the airport and purchase 5 litre bottles at the airport. I did not complain to them as I thought you know what iv come for hajj and that is my priority. Thinking back now I should have complained as I had paid a lot of money for a service I didn’t receive. Them days have gone where it would count as a good deed to take pilgrims to the holy land. Its completely about the money. Plain business!! Overall I would say once they take your money, they don’t really care. Pay a bit extra and go elsewhere but before booking check reviews and feedback from other Haji’s. May Allah swt guide us all.
