   Dr T is a kind, knowledgeable and professional practitioner and both Dr T and Vicki put you at ease instantly upon arrival. I first visited Apsarus clinic for a lower leg and very enlarged protruding vein on my ankle/foot. The results are amazing and have given me so much more confidence to bare my legs during summer or when swimming etc. I have since had various facial treatments with wonderful results and I would highly recommend this clinic for the latest treatments in a relaxed and friendly setting

   I have been visiting Dr Thevendra for the past 9 years he is kind caring and gentle he is very easy to talk to and I trust him implicitly. Vicki is very welcoming and kind she gives me updates when my appointment is due and always very helpful. I recently attended an open evening which was very informative welcoming and it was good to meet with other clients and the treatment experts. I definitely reccommend the clinic and Dr Trevendra.

   update: they still haven’t offered even a partial refund despite leaving me with scars. the customer service was actually incredibly kind. however the results of the vein removal on my nose not only made it worst but has left permanent indents in my skin which is way worse then a couple of veins. i was told about the risks after being pigmentation and i specifically asked if it will ruin the texture but i was specifically said no but there may be pigmentation. it’s been 4 weeks since my second treatment and i’m so upset with the result as i see permanent indent in my skin (as well as even worse pigmentation!) where the treatment was done on my nose. i wear make and it only makes it more visible. do your own research on vein removal before going ahead with this! i’m just hoping this goes away in a couple of years but i’m not hopefully. this cost me £200!! for them to ruin my skin. update: i’ve messaged them since they replied to my comment for a refund and i’ve heard nothing back. it’s been 8 weeks and i see visible veins and redness i didn’t have before. the doctor misdiagnosed me to make money from me. he didn’t have the right tools and instead of declining me went ahead with the procedure. i’ve attached a new photos without makeup so u can see the burn and redness. there is still an indent when i put makeup as it masks the redness. (i came into the clinic with hardly any redness and this has happened)

   I have been visiting Dr Thevendra for approx. 8 years now and I honestly would not trust anybody else for aesthetic treatments. Dr T is extremely knowledgeable and undertakes treatments with care and caution to give beautiful and natural results. He makes you feel comfortable and confident and I highly recommend his services.
