   £150 CASH deposit required for a room which was already broken and damaged upon arrival. TV smashed, chair broken, sticky/tacky flooring, only half of heaters working, 1 mug for a room of 4, no pillow for crumb infested sofa bed just dirty and stained quilt, ash all over the sofa chair, small curly black hairs throughout the apartment, apartment was nothing like pictures and had black filthy walls and not even a towel holder in the bathroom just some no more nails slapped on the wall, £10 on the spot parking add on despite later finding out that this was a free for all as the barrier was broken and being blocked in by other cars. full refund promised within 5 days but never given and no response when messaged, had to wait 45 minutes for host to arrive despite text being received stating 15 minutes. unless you’ve got money to throw away and want a uncomfortable stay don’t stay here
