    Emma has been absolutely brilliant and I would recommend her without reservation. I'm delighted with the progress I've made thanks to her physiotherapy and advice about what I can do to help myself between appointments. Her knowledge and experience are evident whenever I see her. I really appreciate her 'bedside manner' as she listens so carefully and clarifies exactly what the issue is, what triggers the pain etc, before explaining the likely cause and how we can approach solving the problem. Before seeing Emma, I was nervous about going to the physio, but she explains what she is going to do, before starting, and confirms that I am comfortable with that. I always find her calmly reassuring, very kind and good humoured.

    While on business in Coventry recently I visited Corner House Physiotherapy as I know Emma from N Ireland. Her customer service is excellent, she took the time to understand my shoulder problem and listen to me. After I returned home, she took the time to send me exercise bands and associated videos to follow, to help with the mobility of my shoulder. I really appreciate this very much as this has really helped and reassured me.
