I'm extremely happy with the way Damien diagnosed the issue. Very pragmatic and gave me clear direction on how to proceed with strength training. No nonsense, straight forward and to the point. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach, and after the 1st treatment I left even MORE determined to get the issue resolved. (So there was a motivational element to the treatment as well!) I have a great deal of confidence in Damien and would not hesitate to recommend him as a physio.”
