   Frequently doesn't open at 8am. I'm here at 8:25 and the shutter is still down! Not the first time either. What a joke. Usually need to wait at least 2-3 days for prescriptions too. Some of the staff is rude too. Kudos to the exceptions - the ladies are absolutely wonderful thank you

   Each month it takes a week for my regular prescription to be put up.last month I mentioned that I had only 1 days medication in hand and so this month I left my repeat at my GPs a week early and today is 6 days since I received a txt to say you have it, but it still hasn't been processed.The staff are sullen and severely lacking in customer care.

   This is by far the worst pharmacy I have been to. I am having to go without medication due to either the incomipentcy of the staff or how messed up their system is. All prescriptions they will leave until the last possible minute. They recieved my prescriptions three days ago and are now trying to say that it isn't ready as it hasn't been 48hrs. Which it has. I went down yesterday and they "were on break" for an hour! This is not stated in their opening times nor put on their collection text messages. I am disabled and asked them to please allow me to have my prescription as it should be ready and wouldn't be long. The parmacist did allow this but made it extremely clear how pissed off she was and was unprofessional. They told me it wasn't ready still so my partner has gone down today. It still isn't ready and apparently they are out of my asthma medication. I am moving pharmacy now. They are clearly understaffed and unable to deal with the amount of patients they have. I now have to go without my asthma medication.

   It’s such a shame that the chemist has declined since Daventry Road chemist closed. There are not enough staff resulting in the staff struggling to deal with customers. Customers are having to wait a long time to be served, customers walk away when they see the queue as they do not want to wait. Prescriptions are not prescribed between 1-2pm which does not help. I understand staff need lunches, are these not staggered? Kim is a diamond always helpful and friendly, not many of the other staff come forward to help with the queue, I understand this may not be part of the role if they are preparing medication , someone higher up needs to look at staffing levels.

   Most appalling pharmacy ever. Wait times are ridiculous. The pharmacists and staff seem to waste time by gossiping and doing their own things. Even if a prescription has been sent to them, they still take 30 mins more to prepare it ( when it should be done beforehand) ridiculous. All the staff should be kicked out including the so called “pharmacists”. Disgraceful.

   1. When my doctor sent prescription to pharmacy I have been told I have to wait 48 hours for my medication. 2. My medication are never on stock ( they very common) 3. Waiting time? Ridiculous! Even I was on my own,.

   Awful pharmacy!! I've been wait for my ONE item 30minutes (they said me 10..) then the staff preferred to talk to each other than to handle my prescription! I left the pharmacy without my item because my baby was hungry and was crying. Today I try to call them, nobody pick up the phone! I working in pharmacy too and presciption like that I do within 10seconds!!! horrible..
