Before I came here I was in agony and was suffering with my back, I couldn't move , sleep or do anything. The physio service has been excellent. I am now able to walk better and my pain is so much better. The physio has really helped changed my life and I am so very thankful to Anita for her help and support.
Accepting I got the appointment time wrong, but having traveled 60 miles and just under 2 hours to get there, I did not expect to be spoken to so rudely by Dr Rahmen. I arrived at 2.15 thinking I was early for my 2.30 appointment. He called me into his room and he said I was late and he didn't have time to see me. I said the appointment was 2.30 and he said it was 1.30. I immediately apologised, I said I was very sorry but didn't ask if he could still see me. I was about to ask how I rebook the appointment but before I could he said he had already completed the Did Not Attend form so that he could be paid. I said okay, I understand and was again about to ask how I rebook and he said you need to leave now. I just looked at him in shock at how rude he was talking to me and he then said to me, leave now. I was shocked, really shocked and walked out without saying a word. I simply do not understand why anyone has to talk to someone like that when an honest mistake has been made and he said to me he would still be paid for the appointment. Looking at other reviews the practice will no doubt comment on my post saying this didn't happen, but these are the facts and this is the truth.
I would recommend Cheylesmore Physio to absolutely anyone. Ali is a fantastic physiotherapist and has sorted out my aches and pains that were stopping me doing what I enjoy, walking. I also have another problem which is being sorted out. Fantastic people and fantastic place.
I had a very bad experience a young inexperienced physio put a huge light/lamp onto my damaged shoulder and burnt my back badly causing big blisters. And then tried to deny it - do not spend yr hard earns money there. Very unprofessional
Used them a fair few times about my knee, Great staff and they helped me out so much, to getting back to recovery with my knee
Highly disappointed. They simply cancelled appointment which I booked 1 week back however they even called or SMS me to inform. I went as per my appointment then they told me your appointment was cancelled.
Have been to Cheylesmore Physio a number of times now for various injuries and have always received excellent treatment ranging from massage to exercise and acupuncture. Highly recommended.
Very unprofessional staff, I left my mri scan results on cd with one of the physio and never got it back, she's lost it! I was promised a refund but it's been over a month now and still quiet, I have no cd nor money back.
