If I could give a zero star I would. I have been a patient here for over 15 years, and I make the same mistake every time to request a new dr, I forget and end up being seen my dr d’mello. this woman is vile. She is only there for the paycheck. Dismisses you as quick as you walk in, completely inadequate of her job, doesn’t take the time to listen to her patients. diagnosed my kidney infection with a throat infection and now two weeks later scared to go back because I hate to waste nhs time I got told I have a kidney infection and need to be on other meds. I have let her misdiagnosis slide for years and years she told me when I had gallstones that she doesn’t think it’s gall stones she said it’s because I hold my baby on my hip. My appointment today was 33 seconds long, 33, the gp I saw yesterday told me if I have new symptoms to come back as my infection could lead to sepsis she basically just laughed at me today and told me to carry on taking my antibiotics! I have complained to the gp and I am on a lookout for a new gp practitioner, but living so local why should I and my family be forced to find a new practitioner. I have spoke to many locals over the years and they have all said the issues lie with dr d’mello and I’ve just had enough. We pay our taxes and nhs contributions, all we ask is that we get listened to when seeing a medical professional. Not to be dismissed and to be treated like a human being.

I have a lot of problems with this surgery since my 6 years Old son got serious muscle condition which will make him disabled by age 10 and there is no cure and they dont care, they were delaying his steroids treatment and all I asked for was denied, I dont know how this people be so horribe to the Child. I was called by receptionist I think thursday last week that his specialist doctor Birmingham Hospital advised that I need training how to do emergency steroids hydrocortisone infection which can be life treatening if he doesnt get it. Receptionist called me the nurse is not trained to give injection, can you imagine that? Also she told me she cant arrange it for my from ambulance staff? I am not working in NHS why they expect me to chase it?

I noticed the low score reviews and wanted to give my own review to balance them somewhat. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was not registered with any practice until covid, when I realised I needed to be registered to get vaccinated. I picked Jubilee because it is on my commuting route as well as the route I generally take when visiting family and friends, and it's easy walking distance. There are other, better rated practices nearby, but the location for me was key. I have had cause to go in recently due to a painful injury that I am on a waiting list for. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, when I have been in blinding pain I have been able to see someone the same day, and they have responded to my phone enquiries with diligence and courtesy, I couldn't ask for better.

Waited 30 minutes on the phone to get through to reception, I then asked for an appointment with the GP...and was told that a prescribing nurse could deal with my ailment.... so booked an appointment. I then got a text stating the Prescribing nurse could not deal with my ailment...and that I would have to book an appointment to see the GP. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to Reception...when I did they informed me that the days appointment slots had all be taken... I was fine with that and asked for an appointment to be booked for any other day, only to be informed that appointments could only be booked on the day...and that I would have to call back on the day the appointment was required ...( meaning another 30 minutes trying to get through to Reception ). I CAN'T TAKE 1.5 HOURS OUT OF MY WORKING DAY TRYING TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH A GP WHERE THE ACTUAL CONSULTATION WILL PROBABLY ONLY LAST 10 MINUTES..!!

Worst experience ever. Do not reccomend this surgery. Not that the others are any better. I pay every month to use your services every now an then and i must say if all of us payers would do our job as poorly as you there would be nobody left to pay your wages. I did the appointment two weeks ago for my newborn to have first shot of vaccines. And on the day when i get to you you inform me that you are missing stock and that i can do one or 2 now and comeback for the other ones when available. So i take my newborn wait for the nurse to come then wait for your system to be online at 11:30 am just to find out that actually you dont have stock. It takes 30 sec to share this on the phone so i could avoid traffic jams, fuel, stressing the baby, and poluting the environment.

I am very happy with the patient care I have received from jubilee healthcare. Great communication, friendly staff, nurses and doctors. I rarely need to see a doctor, but If you do they will accommodate. They have had their “finger on the pulse” (excuse the pun) with my medication and health reviews. I would recommend and am happy I have chosen them for mine and my childrens healthcare.

Cannot understand why so many people are giving such bad reviews about this surgery. I have been with them now for almost 15 years and have never had a problem getting an appointment. I have always found the Reception staff friendly and helpful and also have had a pleasant experience when calling to make an appointment.

Doctors are good, but the practice is badly managed and a PREHISTORIC DYNOSAUR for the following reasons: 1) Can't book an appointment unless on the same day. 2) Any calls after the first few hours of the day usually means there are no appointments left the same day. 3) Asking for a repeat prescription and reception insist callers need to go to the POD (Online service). But the POD can't make any changes (such as combining two separate pills into a single dose pill, or taking a medication incorrectly listed as 'Past Items' in order to synch the new prescription amounts with the other... to avoid multiple staggered prescriptions). 4) Generally, the system is designed to create delays, waste time, going back and forth between POD and surgery... to get the system to work as it should without any patient intervention.
