I’ve had a chronic condition for 14 years and after a back operation and other surgical interventions plus seeing a chiropractor, physio, acupuncture, gabapentin, pregabalin pain relief and latterly an osteopath for 6 weeks nothing worked. I’d learned to live with the pain but it got worse after doing some diy I contacted core clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted source. I’ve held back from doing a review on initial consultation and first treatment - I’m now in my fourth week of combined biomechanics from Tahir, sports therapy/acupuncture proved by Jack and Stefaan’s chiropractic therapy. I’m seeing the 40% improvement Stefaan forecasted, which is amazing as I’ve had sciatica and lower back pain for 14 years; the sciatica being the main issue. The next stage will be a forecasted increase from 40% to 70% relief and the remainder is in the lap of the gods. At the start of the treatment I’d have taken anything let alone where I’m at now - bring on the next stage. In summary I’d fully recommend Stefaan and his team and I only wish I’d found them years ago.
From the moment you walk into the doors at Core Clinics you are greeted with the friendliest staff. Each person is welcoming, kind and make the effort to see how you are. There have been times when I have hobbled through the door barely able to walk, the team are supportive and incredibly helpful. After my appointment with Stefan I was able stand up straight and walk around the room. From last minute emergency appointments to scheduled ones they really are the absolute best and I cannot recommend this place enough!
I came to Core Clinic a year ago, suffering with chronic pain, stress and anxiety. The difference core has made to me and my life is incredible. I was greeted at reception and offered a drink straight away. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. Dr. Elphick was extremely warm and welcoming. It was my first appointment, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I was immediately put at ease. She explained some of her initial findings, which I found really interesting. I very much look forward to having a treatment plan in place! Excellent service!

Went for 1st consultation with Caroline, very professional relaxed atmosphere, didn't leave any question unanswered and I certainly enjoyed when she straightened my pelvis. Communication from company was very good all the way up to my appointment, very welcoming with offer of beverages. Only been for 1 appointment so would already highly recommend
Great friendly and professional service. Excellent review from Dr. Pepe. One session and my daughter already experienced a great deal of pain relief. Looking forward to seeing them again soon. Plus the free drinks and apples are a nice healthy touch.
