Deborah is an excellent specialist women’s health physiotherapist. She has intentional listening skills and completes very thorough assessments. I felt heard and was given a manageable treatment plan which has worked effectively. On my final visit we went through my initial assessment comments and I was amazed to see how much has been achieved since August. Deb responds to emails promptly and ensures excellent communication with general practitioners.I had an unfortunate health crisis in one of my appointments with Deb and she was so kind and cared for me until a family member could collect me. She even phoned her next patient to allow her to look after me, this was going above and beyond and I am so grateful. Ladies, if you’re having any concerns, go and see Deb and trust the process, it works.

Deborah was so helpful explaining in detail following my MRI what was going on with my back issues. She gave me clear exercises to follow and deep tissue massage which helped enormously. Also had a couple of sessions of Acapuncture. I won't be needing to go back for some time hopefully but when if I do she will be the one I contact Pam

I am so pleased that I went to visit Deborah. I have had osteoarthritis for about seven years and was at the point that I thought surgery was inevitable. My knees were always painful, my mobility was severely reduced and I was dragging one leg when I walked because the knee wouldn't bend properly. It was so bad that I was actually dreading going on a dream holiday to Japan later that year because I doubted I would be able to do the excursions. Deborah explained all my options to me in a really knowledgeable way but also suggested strengthening the muscles round the knee rather than rushing into injections or surgery. She also suggested that I get a book about knee health from an Australian team who have a different approach to treating knee pain. I did both and it has made such a massive difference. My opinion of what my knees can and can't do has really changed and I now make sure that I move and load my knees daily. I now walk normally and although I get an occasional niggle I very rarely even take painkillers any more and am even planning some more travels! I would really recommend seeing Deborah, she is up to speed with all the research, is very experienced, really listens to what you have to say and is inspiring in how she approaches the treatments she suggests.

I went to see Deborah after a diagnosis of prolapse. I wanted advice about ensuring it didn’t get any worse. She was very thorough, looking at every aspect of my daily life, examining me, gathering a lot of information before giving me exercises and advice about what changes I should make. Now I am symptom free and feel normal again. I can’t recommend Deborah enough! Thank you.

I approached Deborah for assistance after my laparoscopic hysterectomy in January. I was fairly physical fit beforehand but had heard horror stories and wanted to ensure I didn't have any issues. She has been absolutely amazing! She really knows her stuff and put a stepped plan in place for my recovery. Not only does she put a plan in place, she also educates you every step of the way, so you feel empowered to make the right decisions for you and your body, now and for the future. An amazing experience with Deb from start to finish - I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Menopause MOT led me to speak to Deborah. A wealth of knowledge, so professional, a great listener and easy to talk to. No hard selling for anything, directed to resources to further my own knowledge and feel informed for future decision making. Highly recommend the services that Deborah offer, definitely 5 star.

Deborah is professional, kind and empathetic. She was hugely helpful to me postpartum, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyway. She's also been great in communicating with my GP, and supporting me with this.

Deborah has a real breadth of experience and used a range of techniques to help resolve my problem. I saw a massive improvement over the course of the treatment.
