   I always go to get my prescription a few hours after the GP has sent it over and it is never ready, or even downloaded from their computer. I go 48-72 hours after and it's the same thing, it is so frustrating when I just want to nip in, pick it up and be on my way. I do try calling to check prior but nobody picks up the phone. I explained this to the older lady today but she is so horrible in how she speaks to customers, she never wants to go out of her way to help, easily stressed if someone asks a question. The younger girl is lovely, her attitude is different and always smiling, a more positive energy. Also to note they are not open weekends, not even Saturday morning for a few hours, it makes getting my regular prescription difficult!

   Went in today , young man with not much enthusiasm came to the till to serve me , another man sauntered over with his hands in his pockets to serve a lady who came in after me , what happened to good customer service with a smile … it’s not that hard ,come on lads frame yourselves

   Excellent service from Amanda my wife and I had our covid injections and she gave excellent service and no pain felt very gentle and would recommend to anyone.we always received excellent service from this pharmacy.

   I used the Pharmacy First service at Birkenshaw Pharmacy today. The staff were really helpful, the process was quick and they were able to prescribe medication straightaway. The whole process took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I would highly recommend the service.

   I always have a good experience at Birkenshaw Pharmacy. Amanda, Kelly and Julie always go the extra mile and are always kind and cheerful. (Julie is very forgiving that I get her name wrong!) In these times when it can be difficult to get hold of certain medications - they always do their utmost to track down what I need. I am grateful to them and the pharmacists
