I called today and I got some call back with some advice the lady was very friendly and polite. Very, patient and answered all my questions. She also did reassure me that my pinky won't fall off which is always a great news. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help. Michael
Was booked in for a telephone consultation in the evening, and I told the person making the booking I could only do after 6:30pm and she said this would be OK. I then got called at 4:45pm, left a voice message saying they would try again, which didn't happen. When I tried calling the number given to rebook during the opening hours stated in the text, the lines were closed! I wouldn't even be that bothered if the consultation could be easily rebooked but for the service I was looking for, telephone consultations are only given on one day of the week in the evenings.
I had a great experience with them very nice welcoming staff, wanna give an approximate note for the lady lizzie there is very kind helpful may god bless her.
Cannot recommend them enough if you need to be under a more 'complex' procedure. The Dr whom I think is called Helen and the nurse that assisted were absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and excellent at their jobs.
It's luck of the draw whether someone answers the phone. Usually get cut off before it even gets to transferring me to a receptionist.
Can’t get seen or speak to people when you need to …bad services
So bad. No voicemail for reception and you'll be extremely lucky if they answer. Emergency regarding medical termination of pregnancy, was told to leave a voicemail with the nurse who never got back to me. Luckily work in obs and gynae elsewhere so sorted myself.... Go elsewhere if poss (Not my account)
Called the team, great response regarding my appointment. Spoke to 3 staff members including a doctor who were all very good it seemed to schedual me in. I'm just waiting for a call back as they said it was urgent... That was 29 days ago... So... Any day now!
Called for an appointment as it says on the website and waiting 3 hours in the queue on the phone to then be told they don't do appointments anymore, I can only walk-in. Massive waste of my time, do not bother calling the number. Really need better services for this.
Was on hold for an hour, gave up in the end. When I've been before I've had to spend hours waiting even when I've managed to make an appointment. Not a happy bunny, especially as there isn't really any choice other than here in Cardiff. Just because they're a public service does not mean they can provide a substandard service and treat people badly.
