Not good staff today. Rude and abrupt. I think they hoped I would leave and come back another day, but I needed my medication. I was immediately told prescription was there but not ready and would be at least 30 mins
Says it's open until 9 but currently sat outside with it being fully closed, please update your hours online and try be a professional outfit.
Incompetent pharmacy gave damaged medication for my son and then blamed me for it being damaged. Not able to accept liability that medicine may have been damaged in transit while it was getting delivered.
Poor experience with flu jab process booking I received a free flu jab voucher through work and booked an appointment at ASDA Pharmacy online, entering my voucher code and all the required details. The night before my appointment, I was called to say the doctor was ill and would need to reschedule — which I completely understood. I rebooked another appointment, again filling in all my details and the voucher code. I then travelled to the Shipley branch straight after work by train, only to be told to scan a QR code and fill in more forms. When I was finally called in for the jab, I was asked the same questions again and asked yet again for my voucher code — despite already providing it twice online. I wasn’t told to bring the code with me, so I couldn’t produce it on the spot. I was asked to step outside to find it, and in the end, couldn’t get my vaccination. I had already paid for travel and now need to try to book a third appointment, but the midweek times don’t suit my full-time work schedule. Overall, the process was very poorly communicated and inefficient. It would make a big difference if staff clearly explained in advance what documents or codes were required in person and if the online booking system properly recorded details already provided.
Called in today for some optrex infected eyes for conjunctivitis as had it before and worked well. I was met by 3 or 4 members of staff laughing and joking and it took a minute or 2 for them to acknowledge they had a customer and then after the chap did acknowledge me he immediately went back to talking to the other staff at which point I walked out. Dont want a red carpet putting out for me but common old customer service and politeness wouldn't go amiss. Not good enough. Gave 1 star as couldn't give less

Asda pharmacy is a life safer...I am a dad of 2 kids and asda pharmacy is the only one in Shipley that works till 11pm. Every minute counts when you have kids.Thank you Asda

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They only seem to have paracetamol and some nappies in stock and nothing else. Should change the name to "paracetamol and nappies store".
