   I booked via the NHS Website three weeks ago for a flu vaccination at 1pm at this very small local pharmacy today. On arrival, after waiting for at least five minutes to be spoken to..there were three members of staff and one was helping a customer..I explained why I was there. After some 'hushed' discussion in the dispensing area, I was advised that I wasn't able to have my vaccination as there was nobody to do it and in any case, they were low on vaccine! I was told to ring them next Monday or Tuesday to find out when I could have it! At no point did I receive an apology and it was like I'd walked in to buy a shampoo that they'd run out of.. I booked this appointment as I said three weeks ago and it was a precious day off work for me today..not remotely impressed!

   Thankyou so much to Idle pharmacy for the delivery of my medication, the driver was new and missed my delivery, but they sent someone round with my much needed script. 5* lovely staff lovely pharmacy.

   This pharmacy seems quite disorganised. Couple of occasions where I have been sat waiting after 9am for them to open. My last visit I had to wait 20 mins for them to find my prescription watching them having to sift through mountains of boxes, im suprised they could find anything in there

I would advise anyone to support and use their local pharmacies always. You do not realise how blessed we are to have local community pharmacies. Especially this pharmacy in Idle village
