   Where bad customer service, when your GP prescribes you medication these lot will say the GP has prescribed you a wrong medication try this medication it will help you.

   This is not a reliable chemist. For my mums repeat medication I always have to chase them to deliver it or theres always someone missing that needs chasing up. If an item is out of stock it would be better to inform the patient rather than holding onto all the medicines or making the patient call in. Also I rang on Monday as one of the medicine was missing and was advised to call on Thursday if its not delivered. I allowed them one more day and rang on Friday only to be told that this new medication is NOT on the repeat prescription and I should ring docs. This was not advised to be on monday therefore wasted a whole week!!! Communication is so poor in this place

   Wish there was a zero star option for this pharmacy..i will happily give them a zero star.. they have been giving my mum a higher dose tablet got no apolagie or anything of them.. secondly they never have the medicine in stock always have to come back. And horribel customer service and dont even ask about the wait time!!!!

   Staff are kind and helpful if collecting meds from the pharmacy although the waiting times are quite long which is understandable as it's always very busy but they need to work more on their delivery service that can be a nightmare at times, my deliveries never arrive on time if they do. Doctor prescribed antibiotics for my 3 years old that were supposed to be delivered next day as per what they said but a week later the antibiotics never arrived, I didn't bother call again as we didn't need them anymore however its the same with every delivery it just never comes the next day nor the day after its always a couple of days late or untill I go collect my meds myself

   Absolutely ridiculous staff was waiting all week for my grandma's prescription to be delivered, went down my self on thursday afternoon and was told 1 set of tablets is not in the prescription which is the main tablets my grandma needs, they assured me it will be delivered the next day which it wasnt. We was ringing them all day saturday to have no answer. Monday morning ive gone to the chemist to have them have me wait 20 minutes while they go over to the other chemist across the road to get only 3 tablets and told me they have to order more which they told me on thursday the week before and will take a few days to come knowing my grandma takes 2 of these tablets per day. This service is an absolute joke especially when it comes down to peoples medicine and livelihood. If ya cant do your job properly then you shouldn't have other peoples lives in your hands!

   Would have given NO STARS but not given that option The worst customer service ever prescription was sent on Wednesday told it would be delivered on Saturday… waited in all day no delivery pharmacy rang to say he can’t deliver as driver has left for the day even though call few times during the day only to be reassured it will be delivered 100% on Saturday… he claims has no contact details for his management and ther is nothing they could do he was left a note to call to say we wouldn’t be able to deliver all I’ve been given is excuses… never use rehman pharmacy…. now with CIRCLE pharmacy which deliver an exceptional service

   Been going to this pharmacy for years, getting my prescriptions here - staff are extremely rude on a regular basis but today really topped it off. My whole family tested positive and despite being a few minute walk away from us they were being awkward about the payment and delivery (we offered to transfer). I did not expect this from a pharmacy we've been visiting for years.

   This place deserves no stars at all because of very rude staff and poor service. These FIVE STARS are ONLY for the YOUNG FEMALE with brown hair (mariem/mariyah). Every time I have come into the pharmacy this individual has been very polite and helpful. She actually takes her time out and counsels on directions when handing out medication. She is very approachable Unlike the other staff who talk very loudly and have poor attitude!!!

   Very good service, I had ordered my medication from my GP and the prescription wasn't still ready, the pharmacy ensured I got my medication on the same day they received my prescription. The girls are very pleasant and helpful! Great team at Rehman's!
