   Had a number of issues with this pharmacy regarding my repeat prescription so I moved to circle pharmacy who are brilliant and offer a very efficient service. I called to collect my daughter's prescription last week. It wasn't ready, despite her being told the day before she could collect after 12pm (I called at 2pm) and there were items missing which had to be collected the following day. I've referred her to circle pharmacy and she is now also receiving an excellent service from them.

   I often pick up my mum's prescription and she's on propranolol. They often don't have it in even though she NEEDS it. Terrible service will be moving to saltire pharmacy

   Called in morning, was told prescription has landed and meds are ready. Gone to collect after 5pm and told not ready, will sort now (advised 10mins). Cane back after 20mins and still no sign of anyone knowing where the staff who packed it has put it. This place is as bad if not worse than the docs now. Going downhill big time

   Avoid at all cost wrong medication dispenced poor delivery service bad attitude from staff get the impression they couldn't care a less you get told lies staff supposed to ring you back never do I know the NHS is short of staff but I would have thought reading and simple maths was still a requirement appently not here disgusting pharmacy !!!

   The Doctor prescribe important medication for my wife, sent the prescription direct to the pharmacy to speed things up, that was Friday, went to pick it up and was told only one of the two items is available the other would be in the following morning, I wasn’t happy as she needed them as soon as possible I then rang the following morning and was told they would not be there until Monday I said but she needs them now again I was told nothing they could do and they they have to be ordered and would be in on Monday I protested and ask for my prescription and I would go somewhere else they refused because I had already had half of the prescription and would have to wait while Monday I believe they could have got the medication from somewhere, I then rung another pharmacy and offered to buy them from them they said they could not do anything without the prescription because they didn’t know the dosage I then went out and bought what I think may alternative, but I’m not a doctor I have been going to Westcliffe Pharmacy since it first opened always been happy with them not happy now they have really let us down.
