I pick up my prescription every 2 months in the past 10 months it has NEVER been correct when pointed out things missing, for some strange reason told I may of put it in my fridge, very poor

Not happy, 79 year old Mum sat waiting all morning with out Medication, very slow pharmacy!!!!!
The opening hours now are very poor, only open 10 till 12 and 2 till 5 I think. Not good at all
Incorrect prescription, no apology given when challenged. Obviously very little attention to detail which is of major concern. There seems to be lots of new staff, some of whom are obnoxious and rude. Will be using other chemists in future.
I have always been given satisfactory service from this pharmacy but should point out that their website states that they are open until 6.30pm on certain days. This is incorrect. They always close no later than 5.30pm. !
