It is only the location. The rooms were bad. The mattresses got an awful smell. The drains all clogged up and they tell you to move out if you complain too much. The only upside is the location. Will definitely NOT recommend.

I booked the place, and when i called them on the phone a gentleman picked up the call and was very rude, didn't answer our questions properly. Also when we called back when the call disconnected he purposely didnt pick up although we tried several times right after. Very poor customer service. Call was made on 29th of June 2022 at 7pm for your reference.

I rented the top floor here for about a year in 2009-2010 while on a work assignment. No Eastern European sex workers then. Pity. Someone else mentioned the smell of rubbish in the lobby -- the bins were kept too close, is a sort of side hallway with a door. I didn't have to deal with it often as I took the lift from my flat to the carpark most days, but if I was walking out through the lobby to go to the city center for a meal or to take a run, I did notice.

One of the worst places I have been at. The bathrooms are moldy, the rooms have no fan or a/c and in summer this place is a furnace. The entire apartment complex smells like a trash bin. There is no service here whatsoever and is situated in a ghetto like place. Sheets and linens don’t get changed and when asked about it, i was handed a bunch of new sheets and linens and told to deal with it as there wasn’t any staff around. The reception desk never picks up any call and closes shop at 5 pm. The only good thing about it was the secured parking lot and proximity to town.

Good price for acceptable apartments. Don't expect any luxury. Reception is common for Dyersgate and Roman Wall. Staff are very gentle and always ready to help, they surely are the best part of these apartments. Call them to their mobile phone if you cannot find them in reception, they might be helping some other guest.

It was so dirty I spent the first night cleaning the apartment (no cleaning supplies were provided we had to buy our own). We didn't bother staying the second night and checked out early then went home. Could not figure out how to turn on the washing machine to wash the bedding. Turns out the switch was hidden behind the microwave (everything was turned off including the fridge before we arrived). Parking required a fob which was not given to us (or offered as it was a paid extra) by the time we found out the office was closed so we had to leave our car on the street. It was our first night away with our baby and it was horrible. Ruined our holiday. Did not dare report this whilst we were there as found a review on trip advisor saying someone had threatened them whilst they were there and complained (did not want the risk with our baby there). The apartment was in a good location. There was a washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker. Had good potential if cleaned and managed properly.
