   This accommodation was outstanding. The apartment was spotless. I was amazed at the facilities. Two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath! The kitchen had a full sized cooker with hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The sofa was also a pull out bed for extra sleeping. The two bedrooms were big with very comfortable beds. We arrived earlier than arranged but this was no trouble for the very helpful staff. A quick call to the cleaning team to check our apartment was ready was all that was required. We were on the top floor which wasn't a problem due to the lift

   Not the pictures advertised on booking.com - not worth the money at all! I’ve stayed in nicer student accommodation or even crack dens than this place. Blood on the door, was not clean at all, marks all over the walls, stains on the headboard, bedding and mold and damp all over the bathroom. Rubbish in the bin, cracked hob, wrong side toilet seat, minging carpet. The smell!! Just horrid - dingy cig smell. I went to sleep for about 4 hours fully clothed in jeans and a long sleeved hoodie to cover any of my skin touching the bed. Please do not go to this place. Also no fire alarm or shower head

   Disgusting place! Stains and dirt from floor to ceiling. The sofa bed covered in stains. Missing blinds in all rooms, dirty bedding, filthy headboard, no wifi, old damaged table, no 24hr receptionist, a hoover is clearly unheard of....I can go on. I cant believe they'd let this room out. Do not stay here!

   The apartment wasn’t very clean but the space was good and the price was good. The location is very good close to everything as you are in the city centre.. reception guy in afternoon was nice and friendly he didn’t charge me a deposit..

   Place was actually filthy, I’ve never seen a hotel/apartment like this. Definitely an experience! Furniture was broken even the chairs at the dining table. The skirting boards were covered in yellow and brown spills and thick with dust, curtain poles were hanging off. Massive shame because this would be a good property if someone actually put some money into it. Added bonus was the hook cellotaped to the wall in the hallway, it came in very useful.
