   Worst rental property ever lived in my life. The management is running a scam, they will never maintain your property, it will leak water anytime, have tons of mould in all flats, never clean your high windows and will charge you 75% of your deposit with fake reasons. I was charged £35 to remove £1 shein sticker from wall in living room which barely ever stuck. I stayed here 4 and half years but still I was lied to by saying it damaged the wall when the whole property was damaged as it is due to sever water leaking accident and they never repaired the walls. The sticker was hardly sticking there is no chance it could damage a thing. You can smell everything cooked on every floor and hear your neighbours vomitting even. The floors in the house are extremely creaky and noisy. The entire property is very cold as it traps moisture and cold and your light bills will be £300 plus during winters. Save your life don’t live here with a family. The other tenants in this property are also horrible, the parcels often got stolen from the common lobby and there are massive pencil and pen marks on stair walls done by misbehaved kids. My bicycle was stolen thrice from this property and there is no security whatsoever or anyone claiming responsibility for your lost things, I had to fight to get a rental compensation after my laptop and television was badly water damaged in water leak from ceiling due to broken or jammed pipes on the roof, they never even apologised or did due diligence when the accident happened and I was 6 months pregnant when me and my husband tried to empty the water in our apartment t using buckets and utensils while no help arrived. The man named Joseph from the management is rarely seen visiting the property but has no accountability and liability towards the tenants and their issues. Dave your money and life and don’t bother renting here, they give houses to anyone not just good families.
