   Poor & rude - a dangerous combination. I have book my vaccination appointment. When I arrived they couldn’t find my appointment, but eventually found it on a “different” list. There were at least 3 other people booked for the same time as me & other people arrived slightly early. So, about 8 people were waiting in the very small area. Everyone from my appointment time were seen, but I was not. I explained to the young girl serving that I was book for 11am, but others with appointments for 11:10am were getting done. The girl ROLLED HER eyes and snapped they were busy – she clearly had not listened to me. I explain AGAIN, that others with a later time had been seen. After looking, I was seen next – no apology as I had clearly been forgotten about. 40mins total time for a 5 minute appointment. They need better staff who can listen, without eye rolling issues.

   I would highly recommend excel chemist at Greengates. Been using them for prescriptions and advice for over 30 years now. The staff are very helpful and professional always going above and beyond. The customer service is excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   After using Excels service for over 20 years, I can't knock the friendly, helpful staff. Very prompt with repeat prescriptions and notify me when it's ready to collect. The pharmacist will advise on any health issues and it's a lot quicker getting jabs ie Flu, at Excel, than trying to get an appt at the GP... Keep up the good work Excel Chemist!

   I have lived near Excel chemist for 26 years, long before it was Excel, and have always been extremely happy with the service I have received. Many of the staff know me and always do their upmost to meet my needs, even when they are not able to obtain the medication I require, through no fault of theirs, they try to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend.

   Excellent friendly customer service. Mariam always has a smile on her face, very polite and professional. The whole team are great. Much better than a corporate pharmacy which are often soulless. Recommended.

   Not the biggest pharmacy but good, well staffed. Staff are always friendly. This pharmacy also provides prescription collection services. If you register then repeat prescriptions can be collected from here.
