   The bedroom is very tiny. Only one dining chair to sit on. No easy chair to sit on. No comfort at all. The shower over the bath was good though. So glad we are only here for one night. The place is conveniently located. Don't think we will be back

   Arrived quite late but the receptionist was very lovely and welcoming, we got to our room and its a nice big room and surprisingly quiet, all the beds were made up ready. The bathroom wasnt the cleanest, little 'hairs' dotted around the toilet and the bath and we found someone else's pj bottoms next to one of the beds. We asked for some more towels and mugs which we recieved straight away and upon arrival we were left a gift by the reception staff which was lovely :)

   Good hotel with a lovely restaurant attached. Lovely staff. The only downfall was the foot path to get into the hotel was a massive inconvenience. They need to make a path as you are coming from the retail park to make accessibility easier.

   Really nice hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights while in Coventry on business. Good location & the staff were very friendly. Only reasons for 4 stars & not 5 - No Air conditioning - the window in the room only opens about an inch - corridor stunk of weed. Appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault as they ultimately can’t control the kind of guests they have. But it did ultimately take away from the stay and make it less enjoyable.

   Stayed 5 nights for work: Pros: Very Friendly and helpful reception team. Good room and bathroom. Cons: A/C has never been cleaned blowing dust / TV / lights never been dusted. Extraction from restaurant is loud and doesn't go off until 10pm. And if you open the window before it smells. Overall the rooms need a proper clean.

   Generally good. Our room was tatty, with lots of damage to soft furnishings and walls etc. Very under staffed, one person behind the bar on busy Friday night. One person on breakfast service etc.

   We love staying in this Premier Inn, every year for the past 5 time, we've stayed there. The staff are very helpful, nothing is a problem. The rooms are kept clean and pristine to a very high standard.

   Great Premier Inn, friendly staff, good for families. Beware there is no lift in the hotel. We stayed here when we went to Drayton Manor which is roughly 30 minutes away. Attached Beefeater is nice for breakfast and includes an outside play area which is good for older children.

   Second week here. The staff have been very nice. Personal touch in everything they do. Food is varied but well prepared and very tasty. Been given a room that has so much space and aircon. Can't wait to go to sample another meal from the Beefeater menu. Kelly made me feel at home soon as I walked in. Impressed
