Very nice friendly hostess and owners. Beautiful land and a traditional English lodge. Shower wasn't powerful enough. They didn't rush me out all day breakfast was available. Such a beautiful place.
Wonderful country lodge, with equally lovely hosts. We were made very welcome and the genuine home feel was completely comfortable and warm. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity on all levels ('plastic' fake hotel lovers be warned!). We will be back; many times I trust!

Regina is a 5 star hostess. Incredibly helpful and just an all round amazing lady!! The house is beautiful. Bed was super comfy and the views over the countryside are spectacular. Incredible when you think that it's located only about 15 minutes from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. Big renovations taking place next year so very interested to check in and see how they're going. I've now found my 'go to' hidden gem for accomodation in the West Midlands!!
I was very lucky to find myself at the Coundon House for an evening. I stayed in Room 1 double with an en-suite and it was bliss! Everything I could have needed and a very relaxing and homely stay. Breakfast was wonderful and Regina was very welcoming. Thank you for a fab stay!
Excellent place to stay for a few days - more facilities than a hotel (communal kitchen and lounge), friendly and easy. The room was recently decorated and the bed was comfortable. Free wifi. It's very quiet and conducive to work if you need to, being located in its own grounds. The room and ensuite were very clean and overall we enjoyed the week spent there very much. Thank you!

Regina is an amazing hostess, the Lodge is clean, and well thought out. They are trying to renovated this beautiful grade 2 building, but what has been done so far is well done. Lovely gardens and amazing views, only a short drive to Coventry and to the A45. This was our second stay and hopefully we will be back again.. Oh, and the dog loves it too.. Abbie says see you again.
