I absolutely love these guy's, I'm in the Chemist quite regular for Myself & my Wife's Medication, & the relationship i've created with all the Staff is mega! I never leave that Chemist unhappy
Friendly staff but the system simply does not work, repeat prescriptions are almost never on time, a lot of the times we have to go back to the doctors to send the prescription through again for the doctors to say weve sent it but the pharmacy still doesn't have it....don't know who's at fault but simply not good enough...!!!
Disgraceful pharmacy! They NEVER answer the phones. I have to ring up for my Nan every month to have her perscriptions delivered and every month it is a battle! They just let the phones ring and don't answer, yet when you go down in person, there is no one in the chemist! This needs to be rectified and by the sounds of things, we arnt the only ones having this complaint with them! It's not good enough Boothtown Pharmacy!
Absolutely brilliant customer service, fast and efficient. Pharmacist, was able to give me information about pharmacy first and carried out my blood pressure check in a professional manner. The rest of the staff are polite and allow you to feel welcome at the pharmacy.
Appalling customer service. Rather just stand round talking rubbish to each other than actually serve customers. They don’t pay attention to detail with your personal details and get names wrong constantly. Never able to fulfil a full prescription. Never answer phones. Just a total disgrace
Came to the pharmacy to buy some aspirin, i explained the situation as to why I needed them and the staff were really helpful in explaining the science behind it and why I was advised by the doctor to take them. I was served really quickly and as I was going to pay, one of the staff members advised that they would be able to sort it out under minor ailments. Amazing.
Poor performance, as usual, always expecting a long wait, and, sadly I'm never disappointed. They really need to review their performance strategies as they are quite lacklustre at the moment. I am saying this as a patient of another practice & user of a different pharmacy where I can honestly state that I never have the wait or mess around that I have at the Boothtown pharmacy. The problem lies in the fact that they have a catchment area & therefore don't feel the need to offer a great service and, wrongly, presume that any service will suffice no matter how low it is

I was recently in the boothtown branch, and overhead an assistant commenting on an overought father who was worried sick about his new born daughter who couldn't get the medication he needed. When he left the pharmacy, she said if he is that worried take her to hospital and get her on a drip. About as much sympathy as a gnat. Disgrace
